These Terms and Conditions are important. Please read them carefully.

1. Dispatch. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you if any items you have ordered are not available. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the item(s) ordered. Goods are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days by the appropriate Royal Mail service, we will inform you of any delays. NB We only dispatch goods to billing address.
2. Prices and Tax. Prices displayed include UK VAT. Currently we do not deliver outside of the UK.
3. Website Content. We have made every effort to describe goods accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your monitor. Dimensions given are approximate to enable you to estimate sizes of items. Handbags are sold as fashion items and, as such, are not designed to carry heavy and/or fragile items or to be used as luggage or shoppers.
4. Returns/Cancellations. Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Any returned items must be in unused condition, handbags must be in original packaging. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. The address for returns is sent with your order, please note that the office address displayed on the website has no facility for receiving returns. Please email info@whiteflamingo.co.uk before returning any items. We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning goods, we recommend sending goods by recorded or special delivery.
5. Confidentiality. Customer details are used in accordance with the Data Protection Act and are not passed to any third parties.
6. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.
7. Jurisdiction. The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
8. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
